- Proof of accommodation for every night of the trip
- Business invitation letter from the host company, for Business Visas
- Family registration certificate and marriage certificate when travelling with dependants

Processing Time
Schengen short-stay applications are generally decided within 15 calendar days of the appointment, and may extend to 45 days where additional scrutiny is required. Apply well in advance of your travel date.
