What Our Packages Include
A package from us covers the whole journey rather than the flight alone: return air tickets, hotels, airport transfers, the sightseeing named in the itinerary, and visa assistance for the destination. What is not included is stated plainly on the quotation — meals beyond those listed, optional excursions, tips and personal spending — so the price you agree is the price you pay.
Sharing or Private
Group departures on a sharing basis are the most economical way to travel and suit couples and single travellers who do not mind a fixed itinerary. Private packages cost more and give you your own vehicle, your own guide and a programme built around your dates. Families of four or more often find the private option costs little more once the sharing supplements are counted — we will price both so you can see the difference rather than guess at it.
Plan Around the Visa, Not the Flight
The commonest mistake we see is a traveller who books non-refundable tickets and then applies for the visa. Processing times run from a few days for straightforward e-visas to several weeks for European appointments in peak season, and appointment slots themselves can be the bottleneck rather than the decision. Begin with the visa timeline and work backwards. We will tell you the realistic lead time for your destination before anything is paid for.

Honeymoons and Family Travel
Honeymoon packages are quoted with the things that matter for a first trip together — a decent room rather than the cheapest category, private transfers instead of a shared shuttle, and a pace that leaves room to do nothing. For families we choose hotels by pool, proximity and room configuration, and we keep travelling days short.

How far ahead should I book?
Two to three months for most destinations. Longer for summer, Eid and the December holidays, when both airfares and hotel rates are at their highest.
Can you customise a listed package?
Every package we sell is adjustable — extra nights, a different hotel category, an added city. Tell us the shape of the trip and we will price it.
What if my visa is refused after I have paid?
Cancellation terms depend on the airline and hotel rates involved. We will set out what is refundable before you commit, and where flexible rates are available for a small premium we will point them out.
Do you arrange travel insurance with the package?
Yes, and for several destinations it is a requirement of the visa rather than an option.
