Hotel Vouchers for Visa Applications
Most embassies want to see confirmed accommodation covering every night of the trip, matching the dates on your flight reservation and the itinerary in your cover letter. A screenshot of a provisional booking is not the same thing, and a mismatch of a single night between voucher and ticket is a common cause of refusal. We issue confirmed vouchers in the format embassies expect, and we check them against the rest of your file before it is submitted.
Makkah and Madinah
For Umrah pilgrims, distance from the Haram matters more than star rating. A modest hotel a few hundred metres from a gate serves an elderly parent far better than a luxury property two kilometres out, where every prayer becomes a shuttle ride — and during Ramadan, when the streets around the Haram close to traffic near prayer times, that shuttle takes far longer than the map suggests. We will tell you which property is the better buy for your group, including when that is the cheaper one.

The star rating is set by the property, and it means different things in different countries. What reliably determines whether a stay is comfortable is location — how far from the meeting, the metro, the beach or the mosque, and whether the walk is one you would happily make at night with luggage or a small child. Tell us what your days will look like and we will choose around that rather than around the brochure.

Can I get a hotel booking for a visa and change it later?
Embassies expect the booking you submit to be the booking you intend to use, and some verify it directly with the property. We will arrange flexible rates where the destination permits, so that a genuine change of plan after the visa is granted does not cost you the room.
Do you book on sharing basis?
Yes — twin, triple and quad sharing for families and tour groups, which is how most of our Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand and Umrah packages are priced.
Can you book hotels only, without flights?
Yes. Accommodation can be booked on its own, and we will still check the dates against your travel plan.
What about payment?
Some rates are payable at booking and some at the property. We will tell you which applies before you commit, along with the cancellation deadline.
